Hi, I’m Anna—a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, functional medicine practitioner, and passionate healer with over a decade of clinical experience.

Common Questions
How much does the initial consultation cost?
The initial consultation is $99, due at time of booking. This small fee ensures that my limited availability is reserved for committed patients who are ready to fully invest their time, energy, and funds into their health.
As a bonus, if you decide to work with me, I will apply this amount to the cost of your treatments!
Please note: If you cancel or do not show up to the appointment, no refund will be given.
How long does it take to start seeing results?
Health is not linear, and although some patients may begin to feel better within a few days or weeks, others may need several months before improvements are noticeable. Rest assured that I will do everything to ensure that you reach your health goals as safely and as quickly as possible.
My most successful patients are committed to a holistic, preventative approach to health, and are ready to invest into becoming the best version of themselves.
Do you take insurance?
I do not contract with any insurance companies and do not participate in Medicare or Medicaid. This allows me maximum flexibility to do whatever it takes to help you restore your health. Insurance companies won’t cover the in-depth testing and treatments used in functional medicine. Unfortunately, taking insurance would limit my ability to effectively heal patients.
Do you have a payment plan?
I offer competitive, zero-interest payment plans through Affirm! If this is something you are interested in, please inquire in your initial consultation.
I also accept HSA and FSA cards as payment.
Where are you located?
I am currently located and licensed in Texas. Because I am 100% virtual, I see patients all across the state.
If you are outside of Texas, we can certainly work together, but I am limited in my ability to prescribe. That said, many of my clients have seen incredible results with only lifestyle interventions!
